Hours and Scheduling

Clients responsibilty.  As the client you are responsible for the following information before your session is secured with us. Please have this information ready when calling to set up your session.

1) Name of the cabin company

2) Name of the cabin staying in

3) Address to your cabin (not the office address)

4) phone number to the cabin company

5) Please inform your cabin owner of our visit.

Times may vary by the season.  Closed on major holidays. Winter weather in the Hocking Hills is unpredictable and under any level snow emergency all Massage and Bodywork sessions will be carefully considered or cancelled. Resheduling your session is important to us, we will make every effort to so.

 Discounts are only available to parties of 5 or more and MUST schedule with us at least 2 weeks in advance. Failure to do so will result in our regular pricing.  Must have 4 or more hour treatments scheduled to receive the discount. $50 deposit required for groups of 9 or more.  Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in the loss of your deposit.  Call for details.    

Scheduling an appointment. BY APPONITMENT ONLY. To make an appointment you can call 740-407-2814 We suggest making the appointment in advance, for we work on a first-come first-serve basis. So, don't wait, reserve your treatment today! However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. For same day appointments, please call before 2 pm Monday thru Thursday, 2pm Friday and Saturday*** Reservations are required***

Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Our massage therapists travel to you and sometimes come as far away as 45 miles to bring you this relaxing service to you in your private cabin.  So, it is VERY important that we become aware of the cancellation as soon as possible.  Leave a detailed message of where you are staying and which cabin you will be in.  If possible, we can rescedule at a more convenient time.  Thank you for your cooperation! Groups of 9 or more are required to make a $50 deposit to secure your session. If cancelling your session you must cancel no less than one month prior to your session date.  Failure to do so with result in the loss of your deposit.
